* § 225. Reporting of injuries; emergency response plan. 1. An owner\nand/or operator shall develop, implement, and follow an in-house injury\nreporting and emergency response plan for injuries to employees and\nparticipants.\n 2. The owner and/or operator shall retain any records related to the\ninjury reporting system and emergency response plan described in\nsubdivision one of this section.\n 3. The owner and/or operator shall make available to the department of\nhealth or the local health department, upon request:\n (a) the information contained in the injury reporting system described\nin subdivision one of this section; and\n (b) the records described in subdivision two of this section.\n * NB Effective April 18, 2020\n
