§ 274. Assistance of policeman or constable. Any person authorized by\nthis article to seize and take into his possession any such cans may, in\ncase of resistance, call to his aid any police officer or constable of\nthe town, village or city who shall when so called on assist him in\nseizing or taking possession of such cans.\n
