§ 404-b. Nail specialty; owner responsibilities. In addition to any\nrules and regulations establishing standards for practices and\noperations by licensees under this article, in order to ensure the\nhealth, safety and welfare within appearance enhancement businesses, all\nowners and operators of appearance enhancement businesses which practice\nnail specialty shall make available, upon request, gloves and facemasks\nfor nail speciality licensees who work in such businesses. No owner or\noperator of any appearance enhancement business that engages in the\npractice of nail speciality shall prohibit any licensee practicing nail\nspecialty from wearing a mask or gloves while engaged in the practice of\nnail specialty at such business.\n
