§ 89-yyy. Regulations. The secretary and commissioner, in consultation\nwith the armored car carrier industry, are hereby authorized and\nempowered to promulgate rules and regulations necessary for the proper\nconduct of the business authorized under this article, and not\ninconsistent herewith.\n
