§ 28. Lunatic, mentally ill person, lunacy and mental illness. The\nterms lunatic, mentally ill person, lunacy and mental illness include\nevery kind of unsoundness of mind except idiocy or mental retardation.\n
§ 28. Mental disability, mental illness, developmental disability,\naddictive disorder and addiction disorder. The terms mental disability,\nmental illness, developmental disability, addictive disorder and\naddiction disorder shall have the same meaning as they are defined\npursuant to section 1.03 of the mental hygiene law.\n
