§ 890-e. City of Salamanca industrial development agency. For the\nbenefit of the city of Salamanca and the inhabitants thereof, an\nindustrial development agency, to be known as the CITY OF SALAMANCA\nINDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, is hereby established for the\naccomplishment of any or all of the purposes specified in title one of\narticle eighteen-A of this chapter. It shall constitute a body\ncorporate and politic, and be perpetual in duration. It shall have the\npowers and duties now or hereafter conferred by title one of article\neighteen-A of this chapter upon industrial development agencies and\nprovide that the exercise of the powers by such agency with respect to\nthe acquisition of real property whether by purchase, condemnation or\notherwise, shall be limited to the corporate limits of the city of\nSalamanca, and such agency shall take into consideration the local\nzoning and planning regulations as well as the regional and local\ncomprehensive land use plans. It shall be organized in a manner\nprescribed by and be subject to the provisions of title one of article\neighteen-A of this chapter. Its members shall be appointed by the\ngoverning body of the city of Salamanca. The agency, its members,\nofficers and employees and its operations and activities shall in all\nrespects be governed by the provisions of title one of article\neighteen-A of this chapter.\n
* § 890-e. City of Salamanca industrial development agency. It shall have the powers and\nduties now or hereafter conferred by title one of article eighteen-A of\nthis chapter upon industrial development agencies and provide that the\nexercise of the powers by such agency with respect to the acquisition of\nreal property whether by purchase, condemnation or otherwise, shall be\nlimited to the corporate limits of the city of Salamanca, and such\nagency shall take into consideration the local zoning and planning\nregulations as well as the regional and local comprehensive land use\nplans. It shall be organized in a manner prescribed by and be subject to\nthe provisions of title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter. Its\nmembers shall be appointed by the governing body of the city of\nSalamanca. The agency, its members, officers and employees and its\noperations and activities shall in all respects be governed by the\nprovisions of title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter.\n * NB Agency expires per §§ 856 and 882\n
