§ 891. Town of Wallkill industrial development agency. For the benefit\nof the town of Wallkill in the county of Orange, and the inhabitants\nthereof, an industrial development agency, to be known as the TOWN OF\nWALLKILL INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, is hereby established for the\naccomplishment of any or all of the purposes specified in title one of\narticle eighteen-A of this chapter. It shall constitute a body\ncorporate and politic, and be perpetual in duration. It shall have the\npowers and duties now or hereafter conferred by title one of article\neighteen-A of this chapter upon industrial development agencies. It\nshall be organized in a manner prescribed by and be subject to the\nprovisions of title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter. Its\nmembers shall be appointed by the governing body of the town of\nWallkill. The agency, its members, officers and employees, and its\noperations and activities shall in all respects be governed by the\nprovisions of title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter.\n
* § 891. Town of Wallkill industrial development agency.
