§ 919. Glen Cove industrial development agency. For the benefit of the\ncity of Glen Cove and the inhabitants thereof, an industrial development\nagency, to be known as the GLEN COVE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, is\nhereby established for the accomplishment of any or all of the purposes\nspecified in title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter. It shall\nconstitute a body corporate and politic, and be perpetual in duration.\nIt shall have the powers and duties now or hereafter conferred by title\none of article eighteen-A of this chapter upon industrial development\nagencies and provided that the exercise of the powers by such agency\nwith respect to the acquisition of real property whether by purchase,\ncondemnation or otherwise, shall be limited to the corporate limits of\nthe city of Glen Cove, and such agency shall take into consideration the\nlocal zoning and planning regulations as well as the regional and local\ncomprehensive land use plans. It shall be organized in a manner\nprescribed by and be subject to the provisions of title one of article\neighteen-A of this chapter. Its members shall be appointed by the mayor\nof the city of Glen Cove. The agency, its members, officers and\nemployees and its operations and activities shall in all respects be\ngoverned by the provisions of title one of article eighteen-A of this\nchapter.\n
* § 919. Glen Cove industrial development agency. It shall have the powers and duties now or\nhereafter conferred by title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter\nupon industrial development agencies and provided that the exercise of\nthe powers by such agency with respect to the acquisition of real\nproperty whether by purchase, condemnation or otherwise, shall be\nlimited to the corporate limits of the city of Glen Cove, and such\nagency shall take into consideration the local zoning and planning\nregulations as well as the regional and local comprehensive land use\nplans. It shall be organized in a manner prescribed by and be subject to\nthe provisions of title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter. Its\nmembers shall be appointed by the mayor of the city of Glen Cove. The\nagency, its members, officers and employees and its operations and\nactivities shall in all respects be governed by the provisions of title\none of article eighteen-A of this chapter.\n * NB Agency expires per §§ 856 and 882\n
