§ 920. City of Hornell industrial development agency. For the benefit\nof the city of Hornell and the inhabitants thereof, an industrial\ndevelopment agency, to be known as the CITY OF HORNELL INDUSTRIAL\nDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, is hereby established for the accomplishment of any\nor all of the purposes specified in title one of article eighteen-A of\nthis chapter. It shall constitute a body corporate and politic, and be\nperpetual in duration. It shall have the powers and duties now or\nhereafter conferred by title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter\nupon industrial development agencies. It shall organize in a manner\nprescribed by and be subject to the provisions of title one of article\neighteen-A of this chapter. Its members shall be appointed by the chief\nexecutive officer of the city of Hornell, subject to the approval of the\ngoverning body. The agency, its members, officers and employees, and its\noperations and activities shall in all respects be governed by the\nprovisions of title one of article eighteen-A of this chapter.\n
* § 920. City of Hornell industrial development agency. For the\nbenefit of the city of Hornell and the inhabitants thereof, an\nindustrial development agency, to be known as the CITY OF HORNELL\nINDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, is hereby established for the\naccomplishment of any or all of the purposes specified in title one of\narticle eighteen-A of this chapter. It shall constitute a body corporate\nand politic, and be perpetual in duration. It shall have the powers and\nduties now or hereafter conferred by title one of article eighteen-A of\nthis chapter upon industrial development agencies. It shall organize in\na manner prescribed by and be subject to the provisions of title one of\narticle eighteen-A of this chapter. Its members shall be appointed by\nthe chief executive officer of the city of Hornell, subject to the\napproval of the governing body. The agency, its members, officers and\nemployees, and its operations and activities shall in all respects be\ngoverned by the provisions of title one of article eighteen-A of this\nchapter.\n * NB Agency expires per §§ 856 and 882\n
