* § 344-e. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the\n"Col. David Ireland Memorial Highway". That portion of the state highway\nsystem constituting state route four hundred thirty-four from its\nintersection with Pennsylvania Avenue to its intersection with South\nWashington Street, in the city of Binghamton, in the county of Broome,\nshall each be designated and known as the "Col.
