* § 16. Indian settlement agreements. Notwithstanding any other\nprovision of law, the provisions of the Oneida Settlement Agreement\nreferenced in section eleven of the executive law shall be deemed to\nsupersede any inconsistent laws and regulations.\n * NB Effective on the same date as the agreement between the Oneida\nNation and the state of New York entered into on the sixteenth day of\nMay, 2013 takes effect\n
