§ 1709. Confidentiality of information reports. The contents of each\ninformation report filed hereunder and information pertaining thereto\nshall be kept confidential, shall not be subject to subpoena and shall\nnot be made public unless, after notice and opportunity to be heard, the\nsuperintendent determines that the interests of policyholders,\nsubscribers, stockholders or the public will be served by the\npublication thereof. The provisions of this section shall not be\napplicable to any information report filed hereunder and any information\npertaining thereto, if the parent corporation is a corporation subject\nto article forty-three of this chapter.\n
