N.Y. Ins. Law § 3461

* § 3461. Notice of claim. (a) For purposes of article fifty-one of\nthis chapter, 11 NYCRR Part 65 and general liability claims, notice of\nclaim to the shared vehicle owner, shared vehicle driver, peer-to-peer\ncar sharing program or any insurer of the shared vehicle owner, shared\nvehicle driver, or peer-to-peer car sharing program shall be deemed\nnotice to all appropriate parties and insurers.\n (b) Any shared vehicle owner, shared vehicle driver, peer-to-peer car\nsharing program or any insurer of the shared vehicle owner, shared\nvehicle driver, or peer-to-peer car sharing program receiving such\nnotice shall provide such notice to all appropriate parties.\n * NB Effective March 22, 2022\n
