* § 525. Partial benefit credit. "Partial benefit credit" means that\npart of the compensation, if any, paid to a claimant with respect to a\nweek for which benefits are claimed under the provisions of this law\nwhich is not in excess of fifty per centum of the individual's weekly\nbenefit rate, or one hundred dollars, whichever is the greater. Such\npartial benefit credit, if not a multiple of one dollar, shall be\ncomputed to the next higher multiple of one dollar.\n * NB Effective January 5, 2025 or 30 days after the commissioner of\nlabor certifies that the department of labor has an information\ntechnology system capable of accommodating the amendments in chapter 277\nof 2021, whichever occurs earlier (see chapter 56 of 2024 Pt.Z-§1 for\nfurther provisions) -- NOTE: This is extended every fifteen days through\nDOL notification letter until system is ready to be implemented\n
