* § 787. Enforcement. The commissioner shall adopt rules and\nregulations implementing the provisions of this article. The\ncommissioner shall be authorized to enforce the provisions of this\narticle and to assess civil penalties in a manner consistent with\nsections two hundred thirteen, two hundred fifteen and two hundred\neighteen of this chapter.\n * NB Effective February 19, 2023\n
