The attorney general, either upon his or her\nown complaint or the complaint of any person acting for themselves or\nthe general public, has the authority to prosecute actions, either civil\nor criminal, for violations of this article, or to enforce the\nprovisions thereof independently and without specific direction of the\ncommissioner.\n * NB Effective February 19, 2023\n
§ 788. Other powers.
