* § 83. Council on health care financing; continued. Notwithstanding\nany other provision of law, the council on health care financing as\nestablished by chapter five hundred twenty of the laws of nineteen\nhundred seventy-eight, as last amended and continued by chapter\nfifty-one of the laws of nineteen hundred ninety-three, is hereby\ncontinued.\n * NB Repealed June 30, 2016\n
