§ 31.36 Crisis stabilization services.\n The commissioner shall be authorized, in conjunction with the\ncommissioner of the office of addiction services and supports, to create\ncrisis stabilization centers within New York state in accordance with\narticle thirty-six of this title, including the promulgation of joint\nregulations and implementation of a financing mechanism to allow for the\nsustainable operation of such programs.\n
