Evaluation of chemical dependence services

§ 32.03 Evaluation of chemical dependence services.\n (a) The commissioner shall ensure that all chemical dependence\nservices provided under this chapter for persons who abuse and/or are\ndependent on alcohol and/or substances are periodically evaluated.\n (b) The commissioner shall, by regulations, establish and maintain\nevaluation criteria and methods which assure the utility of data\ngenerated in the evaluation of chemical dependence services in different\nareas of the state provided under this chapter for those persons who\nabuse or are dependent on alcohol and/or substances, including, but not\nlimited to:\n 1. Uniform definitions of chemical dependence services to persons who\nabuse and/or are dependent on alcohol and/or substances;\n 2. Uniform objectives for all comparable chemical dependence services\nand programs;\n 3. Uniform definitions of screening, assessment, evaluation, level of\ncare determination, admission and discharge for comparable providers of\nservices;\n 4. Uniform clinical reporting procedures; and\n 5. Uniform requirements for the generation and maintenance of data for\nall individuals receiving services from any provider of services issued\nan operating certificate under this article.\n
