§ 83.13 Significant connection factors.\n In determining under section 83.17 and subdivision (e) of section\n83.31 of this article whether a respondent has a significant connection\nwith a particular state, the court shall consider:\n (a) the location of the respondent's family and other persons required\nto be notified of the proceeding;\n (b) the length of time the respondent at any time was physically\npresent in the state and the duration of any absence;\n (c) the location of the respondent's property; and\n (d) the extent to which the respondent has ties to the state such as\nvoting registration, state or local tax return filing, vehicle\nregistration, driver's license, social relationship, and receipt of\nservices.\n
