* § 1114-p. Construction and purchase contracts. The authority shall\nlet contracts for construction or purchase of supplies, materials, or\nequipment pursuant to section one hundred three of the general municipal\nlaw. Nothing in this section shall be construed to limit the power of\nthe authority to do any construction directly by the officers, agents\nand employees of the authority or to contract with a public utility, for\na term not to exceed five years, for the operation and maintenance of a\nwater supply system acquired from said public utility.\n * NB There are 2 § 1114-p's\n
