* § 1114-r. Effect of inconsistent provisions. Insofar as the\nprovisions of this title are inconsistent with the provisions of any\nother law, general, special or local, or of any charter or any local\nordinance or resolution of any municipality, the provisions of this\ntitle shall be controlling, provided that nothing contained in this\ntitle shall be held to supplement or otherwise expand the powers or\nduties of the authority otherwise set forth in this title. Nothing\ncontained in this title shall be held to alter or abridge the powers and\nduties of the department of environmental conservation or the department\nof health.\n * NB There are 2 § 1114-r's\n
