§ 2799-iii. City approval required. Notwithstanding any inconsistent\nprovision of this title, no project having an aggregate cost exceeding\nten million dollars, including but not limited to the acquisition of\nreal property by the authority or the expansion of the authority's\naviation facilities, may be undertaken by the authority unless such\nproject is approved by ordinance of the Syracuse common council adopted\nby a majority vote and approved by the mayor.\n
§ 2799-iii. City notice required.
