* § 359-a. Procurement contracts. For the purposes of section\ntwenty-eight hundred seventy-nine of this chapter as applied to the\nauthority or the canal corporation, the term "procurement contract"\nshall mean any written agreement for the acquisition of goods or\nservices of any kind by the authority or the canal corporation in the\nactual or estimated amount of fifteen thousand dollars or more.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2017\n * § 359-a.
