* § 388. Limitation on powers of the authority. A department,\nauthority, division or agency of the state shall not offer or permit any\nofficer or employee of such department, authority, division or agency to\nuse a pass to access and/or use the thruway system without the officer's\nor employee's personal payment of tolls except when the use of such a\npass and/or use of the thruway system without personal payment of tolls\noccurs in the normal course of the employment or duties of such officer\nor employee. This section shall not diminish the rights of any employee\npursuant to a collective bargaining agreement.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2017\n * § 388. Limitation on powers of the authority.
