§ 230-e. Unauthorized pelvic examinations. For the purposes of this\ntitle, professional misconduct shall include pelvic examinations or\nsupervising the performance of a pelvic examination in violation of\nsubdivision seven of section twenty-five hundred four of this chapter.\n
