N.Y. Pub. Health Law § 2324-a

* § 2324-a. Presumptive evidence. For the purposes of this title, two\nor more convictions of any person or persons had, within a period of one\nyear, for any of the offenses described in section 230.00, 230.05,\n230.20, 230.25 or 230.30 of the penal law arising out of conduct engaged\nin at the same real property consisting of a dwelling as that term is\ndefined in subdivision four of section four of the multiple dwelling law\nshall be presumptive evidence of conduct constituting use of the\npremises for purposes of prostitution.\n * NB Effective until January 19, 2016\n * § 2324-a.
