* § 267-a. Self-administered hormonal contraceptives. The commissioner\nis authorized to establish a non-patient specific order, consistent with\nsection sixty-eight hundred one of the education law, for dispensing\nself-administered hormonal contraceptives as defined in section\nsixty-eight hundred two of such chapter.\n * NB Effective November 2, 2024\n
