Traumatic brain injury program

§ 2740. Traumatic brain injury program. The department shall have the\ncentral responsibility for administering the provisions of this article\nand otherwise coordinating the state's policies with respect to\ntraumatic brain injury, in consultation with the office of mental\nretardation and developmental disabilities, the office of mental health,\nthe department of education, the office of alcoholism and substance\nabuse services, the department of social services, the office of the\nadvocate for the disabled and the commission on quality of care for the\nmentally disabled.\n
§ 2740. Traumatic brain injury program. The department shall have the\ncentral responsibility for administering the provisions of this article\nand otherwise coordinating the state's policies with respect to\ntraumatic brain injury, in consultation with the office for people with\ndevelopmental disabilities, the office of mental health, the department\nof education, the office of alcoholism and substance abuse services, the\ndepartment of social services, the office of the advocate for the\ndisabled and the commission on quality of care for the mentally\ndisabled.\n
