§ 2803-y. Provision of residency agreement. The operator of a\nresidential health care facility shall provide to prospective residents\nwho inquire about admission, and post on its website, a copy of the\nfacility's entire approved residency agreement, including the\nnon-governmental rates charged to residents.\n
