§ 4163. Penalties. Any person who shall release information which\nmight disclose the identity of the woman in connection with a\ncertificate of fetal death or report of fetal death in violation of the\nprovisions of this title shall be subject to a civil penalty not to\nexceed five thousand dollars for each such release. Such penalty may be\nrecovered in the same manner as the penalty provided in section twelve\nof this chapter.\n
§ 4163. Penalties. Any person who shall release information which\nmight disclose the identity of the pregnant person in connection with a\ncertificate of pregnancy loss or report of pregnancy loss in violation\nof the provisions of this title shall be subject to a civil penalty not\nto exceed five thousand dollars for each such release. Such penalty may\nbe recovered in the same manner as the penalty provided in section\ntwelve of this chapter.\n
