§ 4304. Delivery of document of gift. If the gift is made by the donor\nto a specified donee, the will, card or other document or an executed\ncopy thereof, may be delivered to him to expedite the appropriate\nprocedures immediately after death delivery is not necessary to validity\nof the gift. The will, card or other document, or an executed copy\nthereof, may be deposited in any hospital, bank, storage facility or\nregistry office that accepts it for safekeeping or for facilitation of\nprocedures after death. On request of an interested party upon or after\nthe donor's death, the person in possession shall produce the document\nfor examination.\n
§ 4304. Delivery of document of gift. If the gift is made by the donor\nto a specified donee, the will, card or other document or a copy of the\nexecuted document, may be delivered to him or her to expedite the\nappropriate procedures immediately after death; however delivery is not\nnecessary to the validity of the gift. On request of an interested party\nupon or after the donor's death, the person in possession shall produce\nthe document for examination.\n
