§ 121.14 Medical or dental purpose.\n For purposes of sections 121.11, 121.12 and 121.13 of this article, it\nshall be an affirmative defense that the defendant performed such\nconduct for a valid medical or dental purpose.\n
§ 121.14 Medical or dental purpose.\n For purposes of section 121.11, 121.12, 121.13 or 121.13-a of this\narticle, it shall be an affirmative defense that the defendant performed\nsuch conduct for a valid medical or dental purpose.\n
