§ 125.00 Homicide defined.\n Homicide means conduct which causes the death of a person or an unborn\nchild with which a female has been pregnant for more than twenty-four\nweeks under circumstances constituting murder, manslaughter in the first\ndegree, manslaughter in the second degree, criminally negligent\nhomicide, abortion in the first degree or self-abortion in the first\ndegree.\n
§ 125.00 Homicide defined.\n Homicide means conduct which causes the death of a person under\ncircumstances constituting murder, manslaughter in the first degree,\nmanslaughter in the second degree, or criminally negligent homicide.\n
