§ 130.96 Predatory sexual assault against a child.\n A person is guilty of predatory sexual assault against a child when,\nbeing eighteen years old or more, he or she commits the crime of rape in\nthe first degree, criminal sexual act in the first degree, aggravated\nsexual abuse in the first degree, or course of sexual conduct against a\nchild in the first degree, as defined in this article, and the victim is\nless than thirteen years old.\n Predatory sexual assault against a child is a class A-II felony.\n
§ 130.96 Predatory sexual assault against a child.\n A person is guilty of predatory sexual assault against a child when,\nbeing eighteen years old or more, he or she commits the crime of rape in\nthe first degree, a crime formerly defined in section 130.50 of this\ntitle, the crime of aggravated sexual abuse in the first degree, or\ncourse of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree, as defined\nin this article, and the victim is less than thirteen years old.\n Predatory sexual assault against a child is a class A-II felony.\n
