§ 135.37 Aggravated labor trafficking.\n A person is guilty of aggravated labor trafficking if he or she\ncompels or induces another to engage in labor or recruits, entices,\nharbors, or transports such other person to engage in labor by means of\nintentionally unlawfully providing a controlled substance to such person\nwith intent to impair said person's judgment.\n Aggravated labor trafficking is a class C felony.\n
