* § 179.00 Criminal diversion of medical marihuana; definitions.\n The following definitions are applicable to this article:\n 1. "Medical marihuana" means medical marihuana as defined in\nsubdivision eight of section thirty-three hundred sixty of the public\nhealth law.\n 2. "Certification" means a certification, made under section\nthirty-three hundred sixty-one of the public health law.\n * NB Repealed July 5, 2021\n
