§ 190.90 Unlawful compensation in a veterans' benefits matter.\n A person is guilty of unlawful compensation in a veterans' benefits\nmatter when such person knowingly and willfully violates paragraph (a)\nof subdivision two of section three hundred forty-nine-f of the general\nbusiness law.\n Unlawful compensation in a veterans' benefits matter is a class A\nmisdemeanor.\n
