§ 230.04 Patronizing a person for prostitution in the third degree.\n A person is guilty of patronizing a person for prostitution in the\nthird degree when he or she patronizes a person for prostitution.\n Patronizing a person for prostitution in the third degree is a class A\nmisdemeanor.\n
