* § 230.33 Compelling prostitution.\n A person is guilty of compelling prostitution when, being twenty-one\nyears of age or older, he or she knowingly advances prostitution by\ncompelling a person less than sixteen years old, by force or\nintimidation, to engage in prostitution.\n Compelling prostitution is a class B felony.\n * NB Effective until January 19, 2016\n* § 230.33 Compelling prostitution.\n A person is guilty of compelling prostitution when, being eighteen\nyears old or more, he or she knowingly advances prostitution by\ncompelling a person less than eighteen years old, by force or\nintimidation, to engage in prostitution.\n Compelling prostitution is a class B felony.\n * NB Effective January 19, 2016\n
