§ 230.40 Permitting prostitution.\n * A person is guilty of permitting prostitution when, having\npossession or control of premises which he knows are being used for\nprostitution purposes, he fails to make reasonable effort to halt or\nabate such use.\n * NB Effective until January 19, 2016\n * A person is guilty of permitting prostitution when, having\npossession or control of premises or vehicle which he or she knows are\nbeing used for prostitution purposes or for the purpose of advancing\nprostitution, he or she fails to make reasonable effort to halt or abate\nsuch use.\n * NB Effective January 19, 2016\n Permitting prostitution is a class B misdemeanor.\n
§ 230.40 Permitting prostitution.\n A person is guilty of permitting prostitution when, having possession\nor control of premises or vehicle which he or she knows are being used\nfor prostitution purposes or for the purpose of advancing prostitution,\nhe or she fails to make reasonable effort to halt or abate such use.\n Permitting prostitution is a class B misdemeanor.\n
