§ 60.11-a Authorized dispositions; certain criminal possession of a\n weapon in the third degree offenders.\n When a person is to be sentenced upon conviction of the crime of\ncriminal possession of a weapon in the third degree as defined in\nsubdivision ten of section 265.02 of this chapter, the court must\nsentence such defendant to a determinate sentence as provided in\nsubparagraph (ii) of paragraph (c) of subdivision three of section 70.02\nof this chapter, unless a greater minimum sentence is otherwise required\nby another provision of this chapter.\n
