§ 15. Title through alien. The right, title or interest in or to real\nproperty in this state now held or hereafter acquired by any person\nentitled to hold the same can not be questioned or impeached by reason\nof the alienage of any person through whom such title may have been\nderived. Nothing in this section affects or impairs the right of any\nheir, devisee, mortgagee, or creditor by judgment or otherwise.\n
