§ 442-a. Compensation of salesmen; restrictions. No real estate\nsalesman in any place in which this article is applicable shall receive\nor demand compensation of any kind from any person, other than a duly\nlicensed real estate broker with whom he associated, for any service\nrendered or work done by such salesman in the appraising, buying,\nselling, exchanging, leasing, renting or negotiating of a loan upon any\nreal estate.\n
§ 442-a. Compensation of salespersons; restrictions.
