§ 2313. Multiple commissions of executors or trustees under wills of\n persons dying, or lifetime trusts established, after August\n 31, 1993\n With respect to wills of persons dying, or lifetime trusts\nestablished, after August 31, 1993, if there are more than two executors\nor trustees, no more than two commissions shall be allowed unless the\ndecedent has specifically provided otherwise in a signed writing, and\nthe compensation thus allowable must be apportioned among the\nfiduciaries according to the services rendered by them respectively\nunless they shall have agreed in writing among themselves to a different\napportionment which, however, shall not provide for more than one full\ncommission for any one of them.\n
