* § 390-i. Notice of inspection report. In every child day care\nprogram that is licensed or registered pursuant to section three hundred\nninety of this title, the child day care provider shall post and\nmaintain in a prominent place, a notice, to be provided by the office of\nchildren and family services, that shall state the date the most recent\nchild care inspection occurred and provide information for parents and\ncaregivers regarding how to obtain information from such office\nregarding the results of the inspection. If possible, the child day care\nprovider shall also post such information on the child day care\nprogram's website. Such child day care programs shall post and maintain,\nin a prominent place, such program's most recent compliance history as\nshown on the office of children and family services website.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2015\n
§ 390-i. Notice of inspection report.
