§ 459-f. Fees for services. Any program defined in subdivision four of\nsection four hundred fifty-nine-a of this article may charge a service\nfee to a victim of domestic violence who is able to pay all or part of\nthe costs of the emergency shelter and services provided to the victim.\nPayments by a social services district to a residential program for\nvictims of domestic violence for the costs of emergency shelter and\nservices provided to a victim of domestic violence at the daily\nreimbursement rate determined by the department in accordance with\nsection one hundred thirty-one-u of this chapter shall be reduced by the\nsum of all fees which such victim is able to pay toward the costs of\nsuch shelter and services as determined in accordance with the public\nassistance budgeting rules set forth in the regulations of the\ndepartment and by any third party reimbursement available for such\ncosts.\n
§ 459-f. Payment for services. Payments by a social services district\nto a residential program for victims of domestic violence for the costs\nof emergency shelter and services provided to a victim of domestic\nviolence at the daily reimbursement rate determined by the department in\naccordance with section one hundred thirty-one-u of this chapter shall\nbe reduced by the sum of any other reimbursement available for such\ncosts.\n
