* § 126. Application. For the purpose of filling vacancies occurring\nother than by the expiration of term in the offices of members of the\nsenate and assembly elected at a general election in two thousand\ntwenty, or at a special election held to fill a vacancy in the office of\na member elected at said general election, the senate and assembly\ndistricts of this state, as existing immediately before the effective\ndate of this article, shall continue to be respectively, the senate\ndistricts and assembly districts of the state.\n * NB Effective until January 1, 2023\n * § 126. Application. For the purpose of filling vacancies occurring\nother than by the expiration of term in the offices of members of the\nsenate and assembly elected at a general election in two thousand\ntwenty-two, the senate and assembly districts of this state, as\ndescribed and set out in a chapter of the laws of two thousand\ntwenty-two, amending the state law relating to establishing assembly and\nsenate districts, shall continue to be respectively, the senate\ndistricts and the assembly districts of the state.\n * NB Effective January 1, 2023\n
§ 126. Application; senate. For the purpose of filling vacancies\noccurring other than by the expiration of term in the offices of members\nof the senate elected at a general election in two thousand twenty-two,\nthe senate districts of this state, as described and set out in a\nchapter of the laws of two thousand twenty-two, amending the state law\nrelating to establishing senate districts, shall continue to be\nrespectively, the senate districts of the state.\n
