§ 103-b. Gender-neutral terminology; state agencies. Each state agency\nshall use gender-neutral terminology on their websites for website\ncontent, including but not limited to forms accessible through the\nwebsite, that is created by or on behalf of such agency, or is within\ntheir control to modify, provided that such content is created or\nmodified, including without limitation by the addition of content, after\nthe effective date of this section; provided further, however, if such\nlanguage is in reference to a specific person, or a specific group of\npeople, the language referring to such person or group may be gendered\nin accordance with the gender identity of such person or group of\npeople.\n
