§ 325. Application of article. The villages and cities of this state\nshall be considered towns for the purpose of construing provisions of\nthis article relating to strays; and the trustees of the village and the\naldermen, councilmen or members of the legislative body of the city\nshall be fence viewers therein for such purposes.\n
